Riley Robb Hall, Cornell University

As a qualified paint contractor at Cornell University, we are able to bid on maintenance work at various university buildings. We recently won the bid to paint a couple of lecture rooms at Riley-Robb.  This involved scraping lead paint off the old metal frame windows. Then they were restored with a rust convertor, followed by Direct-To-Metal paints.  We also used an elastomeric primer to bridge the numerous hairline cracks in the old plaster walls before painting them.  We efficiently finished the job in four days. We are always happy to be referred to or recommended to building or facility managers at Cornell. If you know someone in that position, please let us know.
